Taito restoration
« on: May 07, 2007, 12:23:48 pm »
Can anyone help me??? I have a taito cocktail with lupin 3 on it which has stood in the garage for about 5 years. It fired up perfectly last week for the first time so i replaced the joysticks, coinslot and glass top. However this week the screen has come on with different colours and the game wont come on. Any ideas as to whats gone wrong???

Sorry, I missed it when you first posted.  Can you post a pic of what the picture looks like?  Check the post about the Frogger recently, and if it looks like that, then read my proposed solution.  You can also try reseating the connectors to the boards as they probably have some oxidation on the pads after all this time.
