I have a Wells Garner 39" Dual Scan Monitor (15khz & 25khz) I have it hooked up to a jpac and arcadevga. The problem I am having is that when ever I open a window the screen becomes distorted.

Some kind of funky sync issue probably related to the resolution.

What I mean is the game sends a signal that your monitor likes, but Windows isn't.

I have also tried to cofigure windows and the picture is fine when thier is no movement on the screen but once I open another window it becomes distorted. I am beating my head against a wall. what settings do you all use when running an arcade monitor?

Thanks

Nick

Just for the heck of it, reduce the brightness and contrast to see if anything change- I doubt it but it could be an ABL problem?

We should be building our 39" Tri-res by the end of the week. If I remember I test it to see if this happens?

Maybe you should have someone qualified to work on electronics look at it before you shock the  :censored: out of yourself! Or, you can bring some of those parts to work with you tommorow so I can try it on my monitor. I might break down and order some parts tonight or tommorow. I am tired of waiting for you to get yours working and I just made $1000 on ebay selling those old machine parts :)
