Does it work on all games? I have an elecom but it only works for tekken DR and VF5.  When I play ps2 fighters on the ps3 my sticks don't work.

I bought it to play Guitar Hero and It will not work with PS2 games at all. It only works with PS3 games. I found this out after I bought it but before I opened it. It will save you $50 on a PS3 Controller though.
