Mame .67 K6 Bug

I was wondering why my bartop would not run after a recent upgrade.  

According to the MAME bug site there is a major K6 bug in the latest release.

I get the same error with a Pentium 200 MMX.  Posted that at MameTesters.  There is a fix of replacing the /windows/asmblit.c, blit.c and blit.h files from 0.66 and recompiling, but I haven't tried it yet!
