joystick and pushbutton template question
« on: April 02, 2007, 05:15:56 pm »
This could be a stupid question, and I apologize in advance if I'm just overlooking them...but, does anyone know what happened to the 7 pushbutton and joystick template that used to be around here somewhere to download (in pdf format I think) to help drill holes in your control panel.  Also, I'm looking for some of the directional stars (for lack of a better word) that go around the joystick on the control panel art.  I swear years ago, there were like 20 different "stars" of all different colors and shapes somewhere on this site.   :)  I'm sorry if I'm just overlooking them.  I know that people who just ask without doing their own research are a pet peeve to some folks.  I built a machine years ago, and got rid of all my templates that I had found somewhere online (here I thought).  I'm now building another machine, and I'm trying to find everything again.  Thanks for the help

Found them.  They are on Oscar Control's page.  Thanks to those who read this.

Hey buck3480 (or anyone else),

How about sharing the link for the joystick template you found?  I have been able to find the artwork page in the archive http://mirrors.arcadecontrols.com/www.oscarcontrols.com/gallery01.htm

I cannot fond the 7 button template in pdf.

thanks

I will answer my own question for the next generation...

There is a whole directory on the CD included with the Project Arcade book with the templates for almost everything you could ever need (or want) to put on your control panel.
