Mamewah with Mame32fx

So, I am using Mamewah as my frontend and mame32fx so that I can save hi scores.  However, right now I am having a bugger of a time getting it to work.  I have a couple of questions:
1.  Is there a preset ini file for mame32fx?
2.  Every time I hit esc to exit mame, it takes me out and doesn't keep mamewah as the focused window.  Is there a way to fix that?
3.  With quite a few games, when I try to boot them up, I just get a quick black loading screen, then it disappears and I'm back in my windows environment.  Why is this happening?  Thanks.
