SD slot repair???
« on: March 08, 2007, 06:04:08 pm »
Any experience with repairing a SD card reader that won't "click" the card into place?  The card will insert but not stay in (internal mech keeps pushing it back out when let go).

I don't wanna open the thing up and ruin it completely if there is another possible way to fix it.

TIA!

EDIT:  Opened it up and there was a tiny piece of rubber floating about in there.  Removed it and that fixed it.

Uh, go ahead and delete this, eh?
