monitor issue...picture all horizontal lines.....fixed
« on: February 28, 2007, 08:43:48 pm »
what could be causing this:

I had to hack the plug on the cab to another plug so it would fit...the only wires that I am not 100% sure are hooked up right are the two red power wires. I may have switched them when swapping plugs....would that make a difference?  It's all I can think of...Any ideas?

Please help me out

someone on another site said it's the resolution going in....but I tried xtom 3d in both standard and medium res and it's the same....just the lines are closer together.

I talked with the guy who sold it to me and he said he thought I needed to switch the vertical and horizontal sync...

how would I do this? Does this seem right?

never mind...fixed

Hey...in the future...instead of just deleting your text...how about you leave the text and explain what it took to fix the problem.  See,  that could help someone in the future who encountered the same issue and then comes in here to do a search.  Instead,  you delete your post and no one benefits one bit.

put back... :)

The problem was that the plug on the chassis was in 24k...not sure why it wouldn't run the medium res game I had in though. I switched it over to the 15k plug on the chassis and it worked fine.
