It didn't even transfer user accounts, for Christ's sake. It treats the old computer like the only files and settings it needs to transfer over are the ones of the user that is logged in and initiating the wizard. What about PC's that are used by more than one person? Plus, some folders that I manually specified for the thing to get just never came over. WTF? As if that wasn't bad enough, it wouldn't just transfer over the network so I ended up telling it to save all the files to a USB flash drive (which is how I would have transfered the files anyway. AND, as if all that wasn't enough, it took me three tries because the computers had different versions of the File and Settings Transfer Wizard on them (though they're both XP) and you have to use exactly the same version on each computer, but when I tried running the Wizard on the old computer from the XP disc that shipped with the new computer it still told me that I was using different versions, so I had to create a wizard disc from within the wizard on the new computer and start the process over from scratch for a third time before it finally all worked, only to find out that I need to go through and do the whole thing manually still because it left almost everything I need on the old computer (and I'm not talking about programs, I didn't expect it to pull programs over). Basically I spent about an hour and a half doing something that would have taken me ten or fifteen minutes to do manually.
