PC CPU question
« on: February 16, 2007, 10:52:27 pm »
I was curious as to witch of my two PC processors was the faster and better processor to be using.

I have a AMD 64 3200+ (overclocked to 2.4ghz) in a PC i built and a Pentium Celeron 3.0 ghz on an off the shelf PC.(otherwise everything else is about the same)

It's obvious that the Celeron is rated faster but i seem to think my AMD despite being 600mhz slower on paper is really the better processor, am i wrong?

The AMD is your best bet. The clockspeed may be lower, but the FSB is significantly higher
