Friggin' Flakes....

Alright...so I am in the process of sort of spiffing up my arcade room.   I have been looking for marquees to hang on the wall, etc.   I have on 3 occasions now got in contact with 3 different ebayers in regards to purchasing marquees in bulk (10 to 20)....all three showed interest,  but thus far all 3 have just flaked out on me when it came down to actually pulling the trigger....FRUSTRATING to say the least....
