The Cricket. NZ vs UK vs OZ
« on: February 11, 2007, 06:07:05 pm »
Congrats to the English team for beating the Ozzies!!

You guys hit form at the right time and after a bad series against the Ozzies, you beat them when it mattered.

The Ozzies have been in the news and papers for the loud mouth sledging on field and I was wrapped when I checked the results this morning.

UP THE OZZIES!!!!

It was a one day game. 50 overs each.

Tri series between the NZers, OZzies and the Poms.

Poms did lose the Ashes is the series against OZ though which is prolly more important to them.

Now the Ozzies are coming here for some matches.

How often to they play for the ashes?  The ashes don't actually leave the UK do they?

I hope so. I am going to go to the game in Wellington.

Looks like Harry is in for a comeback?

How often to they play for the ashes?  The ashes don't actually leave the UK do they?

Once a year I think? Maybe?
I think it does leave the UK.
Looks real funny when the loft a tiny box of ashes above their heads instead of a big ass cup  :laugh2:

Oh baby did we smoke them last night or what!?

Aussies had never lost by 10 wickets in 646 games, EVER!

Until last night.

Well done Fleming and Vincent for the outstanding unbeaten first wicket stand and well done to Bond and the rest of the bowlers.

Looking forward to 2moros game.
