Yes, it does.
PGR3 & NFS:Carbon are the only 2 games out that utilize it right now (there are others coming though, such as Forza 2 & GTR), and only with the Microsoft wheel.

Thanks for the info.
I am in the planning stages of a cockpit racing machine and was trying to settle on a platform. With only 2 games currently out I don't think I will invest in a 360 just yet. I will probably toss in a regular xbox untill there is more of a reason for me to go out and buy a new one.
