Dazz, short answer no.
Long answer... if you want your cabient to act like a wii, then yes. Bluetooth devices only connect after startup, so you can't boot up a computer with them. However, bluetooth devices can be set to take a pc out of sleep mode, so if you want to pc to only go to sleep (and thus always be on, like the wii) then yes you could rigg a wiimote up to do that.
With that being said, the wiios looks like something a first year quick basic student would whip up. The screenshots don't do it justice, it's far more horrible and unimpressive once you run it.
I think the wii interface would make a great console front-end, but somebody would have to build a better simulation than the wiios app.
