Mamemarquees.com Bezel question

I plan to order a bezel from them. I've ordered a marquee from them in the past. How exactly do I measure my screen so as to get an exact fit? They seem to only require two measurements.  Is this the size of the screen that they want or the overall size of my current black bezel?  And if anyone has any alternatives to mamemarquees I'm all ears. Thanks.

Take a look at the bezel link at my site, there is a MSWord template you can download, edit and email back to me to get all the measurements.
