Dress Up?
« on: January 16, 2007, 10:43:24 am »
I was reading somunny's post about Videogames Live. I went to look at the site and watched the movie about the show. (looks cool). But I did see lots of folk dressed up. In my reply, I wrote my feelings folks who dressed up for this type of stuff. But then later, after thinking about it, I did remember that I had dressed up for several Renaissance Faires.
So the question to you is...Have you and for what? (I am not talking about Halloween).

Edit: (From the previous post) I think that dressing up in Star Trek uniforms for to see a star Trek movie is a little wierd, but hey do what you like. I enjoy seeing them there though it does add to the experience. Sounds contradictory but I think that some of those guys believe that they actually ARE a Klingon. I wasn in Vegas last year and went to the Star Trek experience. At the resturaunt, there was a table of Klingons. They seemed really drunk and were all talking in gruff voices (not to mention English accents). I wanted to tell them that the following morning they were going to have nothing but a huge hang over and a lot of makeup to clean up.

One step more (if you dare). Post a picture.  :D
