Rotation problem causes MAME to crash
« on: January 09, 2007, 04:30:45 pm »
I've been having an issue that I can't seem to resolve.  I have an AMD 2600+, 1GB Ram, SiS VGA graphics card, fresh install of WinXP sp2.

I'm using Mame v1.09 with MameWah.  Mame will start the games fine, but will often rotate the screen in the middle of the game and crash back to the desktop, so I end up with a rotated screen... sometimes 90 degree, sometimes 180.

This has also happened while scrolling through different emulators in MameWah.

I have the SiS VGA utility installed which allows me to quickly rotate back and restart MameWah.

Below is my mame.ini... and help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

...This has also happened while scrolling through different emulators in MameWah.

I have the SiS VGA utility installed which allows me to quickly rotate back and restart MameWah.

Do you have SiS rotate hotkeys enabled, maybe?
