Looking for the cheapest 30" or 32" HDTV out there
« on: January 06, 2007, 02:34:39 pm »
I'm looking for a second TV to replace the 15-yr old 27" Sanyo I've got (it had a good life). So I'm looking for basically the cheapest 30" or 32" (or something in that range) flat panel HDTV out there.

I'm looking for something in the sub $500 range - even if it's a brand I've never heard of. Like I said, it's a second TV so it doesn't need to be fancy. If it really is THAT bad, of course don't bother. But I don't need top-of-the-line.

Bonuses would include a built-in DVD player, an ATSC tuner, and HDMI ports. I'll even consider HDTV CRT's for the right price, but I'd rather not.

Anybody know where to look? I don't need names, either. I need model numbers and URL's. Thanks in advance for the help. I'm confident that someone out there already knows just where to look.

Even those prices aren't bad. If $500 is too prohibitive, I can go a bit higher. I'm also open for factory refurbs with warranty.
