Defender Problems- Press Advance to Step Thru Test- message

Hey guys-
Im trying to play defender- but am getting an error message at startup- it says

01   0000 Coins Left

Press Advance to step thru test
Press            reset to make change

It says this on every label/version of it. Anyone know how to fix this???

Try pressing advance.

ummm- got any more Christmas hints in there for me? I don't get it- I hit every control and button on the keyboard- nothing...
