I am trying to figure the dang thing out, and I'm having a difficult time.  If you could attach it as a .txt file, I would greatly appreciate it. :dizzy:

Mccoy hi.

I'm not using Howard's wrapper,  however here is an alternative I'm using.  As you already know, Mamewah has a new feature to use specific game config so all you have to do is setup a different ini for each game.

I know what you're thinking,  too much work to setup 72 game inis.  For that I've include a vbs file that generates all the game ini's, just edit the CreateIni.vbs for the appropiate directory paths.  Of course, I'm assuming you already know the basics to Zinc configs.

To execute the vbs file, just double click the ReadFile.vbs and that's it; all 3 files have to be in the same directory: ReadFile.vbs, CreateIni.vbs and Games.txt)

Hope this helps.

Cheers,

BTW, I'm using MAMEWAH v1.62b12 (it also works with MAMEWAH v1.62b11)

Thank you for the heads up.  I'm having such an insanely hard time getting this setup, I'm about to give it up.  I had this working perfectly on my last cabinet, and I am clueless in setting this up.  I can't find one distinct tutorial that really explains how to set it up for an xp setup.  I have the .105 romset and I'm not sure if that matters or what.  I checked out the zinc forums, but it is many R.Belmont telling guys like me that we need Winters plugin and that the forum is not the place for that.  So anyways...............

Mccoy hi.

Not sure if the .105 romset matters (I'm using the .102 romset).  Here is my zinc folder, so you can compare.  Due to Maximum attachment size allowed (512kb), I'm dividing it in 2 posts.

Hope this helps out.

This is the second part.

I've had this setup running since last year (in XP); first with Mamewah 1.61 then Mamewah 162b11 and now Mamewah 162b12.

Hope you get it working soon.
