Hey guys,
I had to get out of the hospital for a little while last night and went to eat with my mother-in-law. Next door to the retaurant was an arcade/kids hangout. They had an assortment of games from the 80's and 90's, and 5 pinball machines in the arcade section.
I played a near-mint punchout...unfortunately right punch and ko button did not work.....I couldn't finish glass joe in the first round.
Had a junior pacman in good condition.
Nothing else that is really worth mentioning video-wise. Just has been a while since I saw that many vids in one place that weren't shooting/racing/$2 per play.
I went over to the pins...the Earthquake pin had an adjustment error. The Rocky and Bullwinkle kept getting the ball stuck under a ramp - had to tilt the machine twice just to get the ball loose. Had a Nascar pin that only had ONE pinball in it.

They did have a World Poker Tour pin in new condition that was pretty good that at least made my time worthwhile.
I guess the point I am trying to get to is that why would someone open an arcade if they have no clue whatsover (or no desire whasoever) to maintaining their machines? It is no wonder that arcades are almost non-existent now.
Off the

now.
