If you can't laugh at yourself, who can you laugh at?

On the off chance that someone looking here could use a good laugh... I have to show you just how bad it is to read posts at 2:20 in the morning...

I started looking at the topic on this section of the board labled "I put a staple in my DSL line..will it catch on fire?"  because the topic seemed interesting.

About 4 - 5 words in I saw were "I stapled my dsl (cat 5)..."  My first thought was "how the  :censored: did he manage to staple his cat to his DSL line?" and then my brain went...OHHHHHH....

Man I love the internet, haha.

With a little effort, I bet you could staple a cable to a cat... but it won't be long before the cat takes off and rips the cable out.  :dunno

That's sort of what my wife said when I told her...except she said the cat wouldn't wait around to be stapled!

Hey Point, that was the wierd part - it was as if I never saw the 5 behind the cat at all!

I dunno, I have had a lot of cats, and they love to stick their heads in places where they could get stapled to a cable.   ;D

I don't know about you guys, i try to staple cats to whatever they might be standing near at the time I'm in a good stapling mood.  ;D

I have way too many cats wandering streets near me causing nothing but problems, i never see dogs here "left out to rot" by their owners.

I guarantee that if there were more dogs roaming the streets, there would be plenty fewer cats.  ;)

True, but i would never let my healthy civilized dog anywhere near those flea infested disease carring animals.

Domestic house cats need to live in-doors, it's not like they are some wild leopard beast that needs to roam the earth killing wild boars near my house while marking it's territory on my car.

Sure they are.  They're just small beasts that need to roam the earth killing rodents and birds.

They don't mark territory like dogs do, bro.  If something is pissing on your car it's probably not a cat.  Or else they specifically don't like your car.

Oh yes they do. Our cat has been staying with my mother-in-law for over a year now. There are 4 boy cats there already (all fixed). Every time she goes into heat, they start peeing on everything.

Right, but dogs do that all the time.

If they are fixed, they're not doing it because she's in heat.  They're probably doing it because they are pissed off at your mother in law for fixing them and then putting a hot female in front of them.  That's just mean.

Cats piss on things when they are angry and it doesn't take much to tick them off.

For cheep amusement, put a small piece of duct tape, 1-2" will do, on the back of the cats neck. (where it can't reach it) Then sit back and enjoy the show!

A balloon over one (or more) of their feet is pretty hilarious too!

And sometimes if you place a cattle prod touching both ends of a grasshopper, its legs will pop off when you hit the juice. No joke.
