This game is (IMO) the best game to have hit the Live Arcade yet.

It is exactly the kind of game I was hoping the Live Arcade would be used for. A new original title, but with that great old school arcade style gameplay.

Like Geometry Wars was to asteroids, Assault Heroes is to games like Ikari Warriors and Commando.

I just gave the demo a try.  Very very cool game.  I'll have to pick up the full version.

I registered it so my 4 year old and I could play.  Like it.

Tried (and bought) it based on Versa's tip.  This was definitely a good purchase.  Very fun little game.

I was very impressed with the game as well.  I download all the live arcade games and not too many are worth downloading.  Might have to buy this one.  I finished the demo in my first try though, hope the rest of the game is a bit more of a challenge.

I think the challenge is getting the acheivements.  One involves completing a level entirely on foot.
