T-Stick vs Mag-Stick (Size)

Anyone happen to know if the T-Stick and the Mag-Stik Plus are the same size joystick?  Meaning the shaft and handle part?

If I have one of each on a CP, will they look like they are the same stick from normal view or are they different sizes?
