MAMEWAH Screenshot Issues
« on: November 21, 2006, 05:05:14 pm »
I have my Vertical cabinets PC up and running pretty damn spiffy.   I put together a custom layout and the only issue I am encountering is that all SCREENSHOTS, TITLESHOTS, and MARQUEES are squished in 480x640 mode.  I am guessing the aspect ratio is hard coded or something and when the layout is reversed from 640x480,  the screenshot aspect ratio reverses causing the distortion.   Is there any way to force mamewah to use a custom aspect ratio or something?

Also note that I DID resize the ARTWORK#1 and ARTWORK#2 image boxes in the MAMEWAH Layout program with no effect...there is no way, that i can determine, to alter the aspect ratio of the image...and the program automatically constrains proportions to the maximum size,  whether it is the X or Y...but no way to change JUST X or JUST Y...any suggestions?

Mamewah should automatically use the correct aspect ratio, always (as long as keep_image_aspect 1 is set).  I will look into this...
