I have a 27"digital neotec monitor that comes up sayes self test no signal monitor working.
When I plug it up to a game VGA ega/cga I still get know picture, one jumper is set on composit synic and the other is set oppoisite of H/V.
Need a little help please where do I go from here thank you.
I am alway willing to learn, so please share the knowledge.
