Nah, I'll buy it as real.  Why not?  It's gross, sure, but they eat/drink gross stuff on Fear Factor all the time and these guys PRIDE themselves on such stuff.

My fav was the limo/bees thing.  Greatness.

I liked the really tall bikes and the big rocket. Lots of good bits.

This one had alot more of stuff that you coulda gone without seeing, like the human fishing and the eye leeches. Reminds me of Bumfights 2, where they had the tooth pulling

And I do think the horse stuff was real cuz they had to cesnsor it, I guess cuz if they showed it the film would have to have an X rating for containing beastiality.

I liked the "fishing for sharks with a man as bait" sketch.

I didn't need to see the "eating dried bovine feces" and the "stallion milking" sketches. But some of the gross-out stuff is funny, like the "piping fart into bubble helmet" sketch.

And there-in is the problem. Some people liked just the opposite. Besides, they aim to turn your stomache with some of that stuff. Because even though I wasn't crazy for some of it, it can be hard to look away from also. Just like all the people who keep gawking at car wrecks and making me late for work.
