MAME freezes at the "OK" screen
« on: November 02, 2006, 12:26:41 pm »
MAME (every version I try) is freezing at the OK screen so that I have to shut off the computer at the back.  The computer is a 1.2Ghz Intel 3 with a gig of ram. The vid card in an nvidia tnt2 32mb.  I tried Windows 98 and XP, and it freezes on both.  I tried new drivers for the vid card too.   Any other ideas to try?

I have MAME installed on three other machines without any problems.

Other info: It freezes every time, and has never gotten past "OK".

What vid drivers are you using?
