newbie in need of help

not exactly a newbie, but not a seasoned pro either

I just discharged and turned my first monitor.  The image is slightly slanted (G07) and I can't figure out why.  Any ideas

Also the image appears to pinched at the top and the bottom, I'm planning on doing a cap kit to solve this.  Is this the issue?

Can be...there is also a hack/fix out there for sync circuit.
