Peter Chou, or not Peter Chou

So I have two power supplies, one that is short and rectangular that came from Happs (appx 1 inch wide, 6 inch deep and 4 inch tall) and one that looks like a PC power supply.  I've read here that the Happs is a Peter Chou, but the PC one has a sticker that says Peter Chou on it.  So which is the Peter Chou p/s?

Pictures please.

Betson is the official distributor of Peter Chou supplies. I've never heard of Happ distributing Peter Chou products or rebranding Peter Chou products with a Happ decal.

..and here's a zoom of the the one that says Peter Chou...  it reminds me of a PC type power supply.

Peter Chou is the company that makes a lot of power supplies.

The one on the top isn't a Peter Chou brand, but it's certainly adequate.
