Is there any easy way to reconfigure the order in the list.. i.e.

MAME
NES
SNES
SEGA
GBA
GB
GBCOLOR
TURBO 16

as an example to :
MAME
SEGA
SNES
ETC... ?

For now, putting numerals in front in your .inis is your only *feasible* option.

You could put other things that would force alphabetical order, but numbers are obviously the easiest.

For now, putting numerals in front in your .inis is your only *feasible* option.

Completely wrong. You can create ini files and place them in the config folder. Create a file named "All Platforms.ini" and in it put the systems (the folder names directly under the config folder) in the file in the order you wish. These ini files are referred to as "Groups" in the MameWAH menuing system. In MameWAH press the "2" key, highlight "Select Group", press the "1" key and you should see "All Platforms" listed. Personally I have about 8 or 10 groups, such as:

All Platforms
Handhelds
Computers
Nintendo Platforms
Sega Platforms
Arcade Platfroms

... and so forth.

If 'for now' is Mamewah v1.61, then this is correct, but you can use the latest Mamewah beta (very stable) and use the method John described.
