3. VGA cables do NOT have audio capabilities.  You will need to use some sort of splitter for the three sources to connect to a single set of speakers

Depending on the brand of LCD you have, it might have other types of inputs. My 21" Samsung 214T has an S-Video  and RCA input in addition to the DVI and VGA. The Dreamcast looked good hooked to it through S-Video.
