It's called glTron (as in OpenGL).  Here is the homepage: www.gltron.org  .   It's a cool addition to anyone's virtual arcade.

There are a bunch of those.  My favorite is LightCycles Game Grid Champions, but Armagetron is good, too.

I prefere armagetron, but the AI in all of them sucks.  Oh well, it's open source:)
