I just built a computer with an Intel SE7230NH1 server board and a Pentium D CPU (3.2 GHz LGA 775 Dual Core). It seems to work OK, but when I installed the Intel management software it warned me that the CPU core voltage was critically low. It is running at 1.202 volts. The acceptable range in 1.25V to 1.4V. Does anyone know what would cause the voltage to be too low and should I worry?
