Monitor Chassis
« on: September 09, 2006, 12:19:25 am »
My monitor blacked out.  The neck bulb is not glowing either.  I did get blue and green colors when I messed with controls.   At one time I had vertical blue and green line through center of the screen.  I am thinking the chassis needs to be replaced or fixed.

The monitor is a-WGE1972-H0GS39L  19

Sounds like you definitely have a problem on the monitor chassis circuit boards.

Happ Controls (www.happcontrols.com) sells a brand new ready-to-go chassis for your monitor model (19k7200) as their part number 49-0823-00.
