Hi, I just got ahold of an arcade cabinetbut my problem is that it has a 25" CRT but there is no frame to the monitor, it is held in by a piece of plywood, where would be a good place to ground my alligator clip so i can discharge the monitor?

There should be a wire going around the outside of the tube.  Not the degauss coil.  Clip it there.

The bare metal wire that kinda criss crosses the back of the tube.  ;)
