Wierd Mamewah fault - Multiple Emulators *Solved*
« on: September 01, 2006, 02:54:54 pm »
I had mamewah working perfectly well, running with 3 platforms (MAME, PSX, SNES)

Then I had what I can only describe as a Mamewah crash. It fell over big style and I had to re-edit the ini files to get it back to normal.

However...

I now have a problem with the platform select menu. It doesnt display any platforms! You can move up and down between the selections (I have a sound played on a movement of the selected item) but you cant see them. All the other options are displayed correctly only this one is at fault.

Im using mamewah version 1.6.0.1 if thats of any help.

I've found the fault. I downloaded a vanilla copy of Mamewah to check the ini files and found that the crash had removed the emulator names from the emulator specific ini files (mame.ini etc)

Added the line in and all is well in the world :)
