not many are going to run on that system.  You can try the Killer Instincts, but I'm betting KI2 won't like it much.

I don't have a list of the CHD games but you're not going to be able to play a lot of them with that system.

I don't know how many times I have to repeat myself. 

Regarding chd games:

2d games will probably work

3d games probably won't


This is the case regardless of computer specs because the 3d games need a computer so fast that it isn't out yet.
