Hanatrex MTC 9000 not working?

I have a Hanatrex MTC 9000 that was working great about a month ago when I put it away.   I got it out today to install it into a cabinet and the darn thing doesn't work.  It does not show anything on screen and the neck has no glow to it.  I checked the fuse, I looked the chassis over for any bad solder joints, I checked the flyback,  I checked the B+ voltage and it read 140v(supposed to be 130v, not sure if this should be of concern), and there were 2 other voltages that did not register at all,  the 190v and the 26v.   

If anyone has any advice on how to get this one going that would be great.   
If not,  I was wondering where the best place to get a replacement chassis for this monitor would be?

Hantarex monitors are well known for multiple failed capacitors. Start with doing a capkit on it.

the mtc 9000 suffered loads of problems,h.o.t(bu508a),lopti,psu caps,load resistor(big white resistor on the right hand side),width cap,ht cap and lots of bad solder joints-happy hunting amigo
