tying all together?
« on: August 24, 2006, 06:34:35 pm »
I have been working on a mame cabinet, and I am stuck at how to get everything software wise working. I have mame 32 version 37.0 running in a pc. I have an arcade vga card to a wells gardner monitor in an old cabinet. Where is the best place to get a step by step guide to have my pc boot up to my frontend (which is the easiest as well?) also what software etc. do I have to have in my pc to have my games show up in the right resolution instead of lines. I am not software savvy, so the easiest, and simplest to understand would be awesome! I just want to run the old classic video games in it. Thanx :banghead:

I'd recruit the cats to work for you.
