Hello all,

Anybody know the name of the font(s) used in the lord of the rings trilogy??

It was custom for the at the time of the movie.
Did you try a web search?
Just searching Yahoo, I found THIS, and THIS , and THIS , AND THIS . Try searching.

Just searching Yahoo, I found THIS, and THIS , and THIS , AND THIS . Try searching.

I was looking for the font in the pic below (any takers??). By the way, most of the questions asked in this forum can be answered by searching on the web. We help each other around here, cheers for the links, but remember manners cost nothing  :)

Sorry, wasn't meaning to be that sharp, but when I did a search, a brazillion entries came up. Where id that text from? What you posted is not the title font used in the movie trilogy which is what I thought you were asking for.

No probs man, I found a load of pages as well but no joy. It's one of those things where a board member might recognise it straight off and post an answer. I should have included the pic in the orginal mail anyhoo.
