Arcade movies in mpeg format?

Hi,

The following web site has mame movies:

http://www.cinemarcade.com/

I intrested in using the movie:  They Only Live Twice as my intro on Lasarus.

But the problem is the format iof the movies are MOV and not MPEG.

Has anyone got the movie in MEG format?

If so, can I get it off you some how?

Or is anyone can let me know of a program (freeware) that can convert MOV to MPEG.  I have tried TMPGEnc but it does not convert the audio accross (ie. the mpeg does not have sound).

Look forward to any response, feedback.

the only way i can think of to do it would be to convert the MOV into an AVI using quicktime, and then use VirtualDub to convert to MPEG...

...must be an easier way though...
