Problems with v107 MAME artwork Higher resolution ?

I cant seem to get those new .lay files from http://www.mameworld.net/mrdo/mame_artwork.html Any ways im more familiar with .art zips which im capable of displaying the bezels with those in mame version 103 etc.. but i cant seem to get this newer higher resolution to be displayed in 107 infact i dont even see a config file in the new mame 107? can someone please walk me through this also doest seem to be too friendly with mamewah 1.61 only like 1 or 2 games launched Please Help!
