Happs vision pro questions

So i have finally settled to buy a 27 happs vision pro. I have been searching and reading old posts regarding resolutions. I think i understand that this monitor will run at 800x600 but at what refresh rate. Or will the monitor be needed to set at 480x640 @60 to run well. I just get confused with the talk of 37-31hz and the like. I would like to run off of standard video card for starters and see how it looks. I'm not worried about being fully "authentic". So will standard refresh rates such as the ones listed above be fine for most games or should i get avga? Planned is windows and atomic fe thanks for the help.
