Mamewah stopped working - what did I do?
« on: July 26, 2006, 05:31:13 pm »
I ran Mamewah a few times, and it worked okay, until I moved some more roms into the roms folder. Now nothing happens when i try to launch it. I get the following in the log. I have to CTRL+ALT+DEL and end task on "rundll" and "MAMEWAH"

7/29/06 5:10:20 PM MAMEWAH launched
7/29/06 5:10:20 PM Desktop colour: 10841658
7/29/06 5:10:20 PM Wallpaper filename:
7/29/06 5:10:20 PM Display mode: 1024x768 @ 0Hz, 16 bit colour
7/29/06 5:10:20 PM Decimal symbol: '.'

Win98SE
1.61

What did I mess up?

Also, my PC has lost its carrot flavor. How can I go about restoring this?

Oh man, same thing happened here. The only thing that you can do is to fill up your bathtub with carrot juice and let your PC soak overnight in it. Remember to unplug it, though, you don't want to be crazy here.

Reinstalling MAME 1.06 and MameWAH 1.61 seemed to do the trick.
