Monitor for Capcom Impress?

After trying everything to fix the monitor in my recently bought Impress, I have decided to buy a new one.  I have a question for any member that can help.  Will this monitor fit: 25" Monitor?  The seller is located in Florida about 5 hours away so shipping will not be expensive.  Thanks for any help.

Which is a Wei-Ya chassis based monitor. And also requires an isolation transformer.

Not a bad monitor, but I'm certain you will have to do some modifications to make it mount properly. (it's smaller)

What kind of mod would I have to do?  It looks like the brackets are welded on.

Cap kit, looked to see if tube was glowing orange, slightly increase voltage, you name it.

checked the fuse, P.S. circuit.  Wheres the bridge and hot?

Somewhere in the power supply circuit.  Bridge is either four diodes, or an actual bridge.  HOT should be mounted to a heatsink somewhere.

I am going to check them now.  I should have mentioned that when I turn on the power the monitor just makes a low crackling/ buzzing noise, nothing else.  No static electricity feeling when I put my arm close the monitor, front or rear.

Likely you know this already, but it bears mentioning: you'll have to remove - or at least take a leg off the diodes - these components to test them properly.

Hey this happens to be the same cab I'm currently workin with.
The picture on the monitor gets pretty wavy at times, but the colors still look great.

Would re-capping help that? Can someone tell me me what kinda monitor this is? Can it be switched to 24khz? If so, how? Are there advantages to using 24 over 15?
