screen rolls with arcadevga

ok i just got the j-pac and the arcadevga. i hooked them up to my cabinet when the pc starts everything looks ok on POST but as soon as window starts loading the screen starts rolling downward pretty fast so i can't read anything.
i tried to start the pc with vga mode and safe mode but i got the same thing, i tried to move the j-pac's jumpers around but i got worst result.
i don't know what to do next please help me!! thanks!

What kind of odd duck monitor do you have that does *not* have any kind of sync adjustments?

It may be labeled as 'V HOLD' and/or 'H HOLD'.

i don't know what king of monitor it is i can't tell all i know it that it came from a paper boy cabinet and all i see is two control settings one to adjust the color and ther other one to adjust the brightness of the monitor that's all

Hm...IIRC Paperboy came with a medium res monitor.  A K4900, IIRC.

there are pots on the back of the monitor to make adjustments to the sync to get it to stop rolling.

Most likely a WG K4915

Like already mentioned.... you'll need to look on the monitor chassis itself.

Vertical Hold Control - VR301
Horizontal Hold Control - VR351

Does the picture look fine other than it rolling?

I have had this happen install the program reforce that might solve the issue
