I DO NOT recomend buying their t molding. I purchased a 250' roll of ---Cleveland steamer---.  :banghead: The tmolding from them is slightly smaller than the 3/4" wood, so it tends to look ugly on some cabs. :soapbox:

Instead, make your purchases from www.tmolding.com , as their t moulding is slightly wider, giving a better appearance to your cab, and they will send you some free 6" samples, and mail them for free, so you can decide what you like best  :applaud:

Yeah...

You need to read the rest of the thread. :P

Thanks for your suggestion Versapak!  Yes i read about t-mold's disguised attempt at unbias accollade, but if its my last resort then Its something to consider. I guess I'll ask for a sample and compare it with the t-molding.com sample for color, texture, and coverage.

Nightgod, thanks for your reply as well but getting plexi that thick wouldn't fit in with my financial plan.

Q-bert, thanks also for replying but as versa noted, was a bit off track. But I appreciate your feedback on the quality of the tmold and will keep that in mind when i receive the sample.

Thanks again for such a quick response!

edit: ON THE OTHER HAND tmold charges $4 shipping for my free samples. my my my.

How long does that take? It's been two weeks and I'm still waiting on mine. Can't make an order until I know what color to use and if their fulfillment takes ridiculously long, I may need to go with someone else. :(

It should've been there by now. They have always been quick to get me my samples.

Just wondering out loud here -

Would a flush trim router bit trim up overhang t-molding reasonably well?

My CP is 1/2" and all I had was 9/16" white t-mold. I had some overhang on my CP and I was able to cut the slot on my CP 1/16" lower so the overhang was on the bottom portion of my CP. If you have overhang - you might be able to do this as well. See Fig. 1
