Check Ebay, you can get 1/4" plexi insanely cheap over thereI saw this guy, his prices seem really good.

How long does that take? It's been two weeks and I'm still waiting on mine. Can't make an order until I know what color to use and if their fulfillment takes ridiculously long, I may need to go with someone else. :(

Try and submit your request for samples again.
The problem seems to be with the form on their website. I had a similar issue but when I submitted a request the second time the samples arrived in a day or two.
These guys are top-notch.

Would a flush trim router bit trim up overhang t-molding reasonably well?

That, or use a brand new razor blade. Slice it right off.

Or use black on the CP instead.

If it weren't for Q-bert's remark about the quality of tmold's warez, thats probably what I would have bought.  I sure am not going to pay $5 shipping for a free sample so they lost a sale.

Hmm what if I used TWO slices of 1/8th inch plexi? Think that would work?  I could sandwich my artwork between the two?  Anything I should watch out for such as button length?  Ah the bad part about that is that I already tmold-slotted the CP based on a 5/8th inch girth. *sigh*  If I had only waited!

I suppose I can make a replica of the CP much quicker than the original by just laying it on top of another MDF sheet and using the same holes as guides.

NightGod:
I don't see why sandwiching the art between two sheets wouldn't work for you.
