«

Is it possible to rig a PC monitor to be used like an arcade monitor?
I see people making Mame machines, etc, and thats cool, but I want to make real arcades with PCB's, etc. Im old school.

No....
Unless you have a multi-sync monitor. (15khz, 25khz, 31khz)
PC and Arcade are two different things.
